Welcome to Inbox Sweeper! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inbox Sweeper Chrome extension. By installing and using this extension, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

Inbox Sweeper is a Chrome extension designed to help users manage their Gmail inbox by:

• Extract unique email IDs from your inbox.
• Delete emails from selected senders based on user action.
• Export email data as CSV files.

This extension requires access to your Gmail inbox through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication and only operates when initiated by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this extension, you agree that:

• You will use it only for personal or business email management.
• You will not use it for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• You will not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or hack the extension.
• You are responsible for reviewing emails before performing bulk delete actions.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Inbox Sweeper respects user privacy and follows strict data security practices:

• No Gmail data is stored or transmitted to external servers.
• All data processing occurs locally within your browser.
• Access to Gmail is granted securely via Google OAuth 2.0.
• No human access to user email data — all processing is automated.

5. Google API Compliance

Inbox Sweeper complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide core functionality and use Gmail data strictly for user-facing features. We do not use, store, or share user data for advertising, analytics, or AI/ML training purposes.

6. Data Usage Restrictions

By using Inbox Sweeper, you acknowledge that:

• All Gmail data access is performed only upon user action.
• The extension does not perform background data collection.
• No data is used for profiling, tracking, or advertising.
• No data is shared with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Inbox Sweeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for any issues caused by Gmail API changes or user misuse.

8. WhatsApp PDF Delivery Feature

Inbox Sweeper offers an optional automation feature that allows users to receive PDF versions of their latest Gmail emails directly to their WhatsApp number via the WhatsApp Cloud API.

8.1 Feature Overview

• ✅ The extension captures incoming Gmail messages in print format and converts them into PDFs using html2canvas and jsPDF.
• ✅ These PDFs are then sent to the user’s verified WhatsApp number via an API integration.
• ✅ The user must explicitly enable this feature from the extension UI and complete OTP-based mobile number verification.

8.2 User Responsibilities

• 📲 Users are responsible for providing a valid WhatsApp number for verification via OTP.
• 🔄 Users must ensure they are compliant with WhatsApp’s terms and conditions before using this feature.
• 📤 Users acknowledge that email content is converted and sent only upon receiving new emails and only to their verified number.

8.3 Privacy & Data Handling

• 🔐 No email content, PDF, or WhatsApp number is stored on external servers.
• 🔒 WhatsApp API tokens are securely fetched and never exposed or stored in browser storage.
• 🚫 We do not log, analyze, or share any PDFs generated or sent via WhatsApp.

Important: Inbox Sweeper does not store, monitor, or retain any WhatsApp messages, phone numbers, or generated PDFs beyond the delivery process.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbox Sweeper and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, incorrect deletion of emails, unauthorized access due to user actions, or technical failures.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Inbox Sweeper if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
